Rør rundt og stil beholder på køl natten over. Tilsæt 1 spsk skyr til grøden. Giv hindbær et opkog i mikroovn og rør, mos dem og tilsæt 2 spsk skyr. Kom jordbær i et glas, 2 spsk skyr, hindbærskyr og chiagrød i et glas og pynt med friske jordbær</p>
